1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Coinwaka platform, website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is permitted. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Trading services

Coinwaka provides a platform for buying, selling, and trading digital assets. All trades are executed at market prices or limit prices specified by users. Coinwaka does not guarantee execution of any order.

5. Fees

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges are published on our Fees page and may be updated from time to time. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the platform.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not use Coinwaka for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Prices are volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. Coinwaka is not responsible for any trading losses.

8. Privacy

Your use of Coinwaka is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinwaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
